About MICS

MICS cleans, maintains and restores offices, plants, schools, clinics, labs and public buildings across Worcester County and the rest of Central Massachusetts. Our night crews clean after you close, and day porters cover the hours you’re open. Our painters and carpenters handle repairs and suite turnovers, and emergencies go to our restoration crew at any hour. You have one contact for all of it. Whatever the headache, call us and we’ll take care of it.

    Cleaning Services

Each building gets its own cleaning plan and a steady crew that comes to know it. Our people are trained to catch every detail, and a supervisor checks their work. We fit floor care and window cleaning around your hours.

    Facility Services

Our painters and carpenters take care of repaints, repairs, doors and hardware, mostly after hours so tenants can keep working. Vacant suites are scoped, punched out and photographed before they go back to leasing.

    Restoration

Our restoration crew comes out day or night for water, fire, storm, mold and sewage damage, and starts by stopping it from spreading. When the cleanup is done, our own crews rebuild what came out, so you keep one contact the whole way.

Who we work with.

Insurance adjusters and carriers

We start drying on the first visit and write the initial scope from what we find. You get an update every drying day, and any supplement comes with photos taken before that work starts. Once the estimate is approved, we move straight into the rebuild.

Restoration and the claim file

Facilities-services firms and property managers

Our own people do the cleaning, repairs and emergency work, for one building or a whole portfolio. Each site has a supervisor who knows it and answers to you. We handle the COI, W-9 and vendor paperwork, and keep working with you to make every site better.

Facility Services

Facility directors and operations managers

We work to your hours and shift changes, and follow your key, alarm and access rules. We clean labs, kitchens and clinical spaces to your own protocols. If you run several sites or a school district, every building gets the same standard and one person to call.

Walk us through the building.

A written proposal follows the walkthrough.

It lays out the work, and we update it as your building changes.
